Leadership Enhancement and Acquirement of Desired Skills LEADS is a short term program for Principals which provides with a unique and challenging opportunity to obtain leadership skills required to be an excellent Leader of the institution. This program is designed not only for existing Principals, but also for senior teachers with relevant experience, who wish for a career up scaling by promotion as Principals.

MAPS are Short term programs structured for Managers and Administrators of schools. Specific modules are framed in a way to focus on the most critical “need-to-know” elements in order to enhance a manager’s abilities to manage and lead in their organization.

STEP’s is meant for the administrative and support staff of schools. These programs are tailor made to make the administrative and support staff more versatile, well-trained and multi skilled in order to competently fulfill the requirements of their respective roles. The program is designed to make them flexible and be prepared to adapt duties and schedules in order to respond to changes in institutional needs.

These are short term programs for providing the most essential tips required for a perfect teacher. The programme has short modules covering general topics like Personality Development, Time Management, Leadership skills, ICT etc and also specific modules concentrating on subject wise divisions for Math’s and English to familiarize them with quantitative reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Application Instructions

  • Please read the instructions in the Application Form, carefully before you begin to fill your Application.
  • Incorrectly filled, incomplete, unsigned forms & forms received after due date will be rejected.
  • Forms once rejected will not be reconsidered & form cost will not be refunded.
  • The fees under certain heads once collected will not be refunded in case the trainee withdraws from training at any time after admission or if terminated for any reason.
  • Admission into the programme is given strictly in order of merit and is governed by the programme admission rules. The Director’s decision regarding admission is final.
  • You are required to produce at the time of interview the original copies of (a) Mark sheet of the last qualifying examination, (b) B.Ed certificate (c) Character Certificate from the head of the Institution last attended, (d) Medical Fitness Certificate (e) Work experience certificate(s), if applicable. You must submit attested copies of the above at the time of admission.
  • Admission to the programme takes place on the same day unless otherwise notified. Necessary payment for the purpose will have to be made on the same day as well. Announcement regarding the commencement of regular classes will be made on the date of admission itself.
  • It is your responsibility to check the website for important dates.

  • You are advised to keep a photocopy of the filled in application form for later reference.
  • No Original certificate should be sent along with the application form. Under any circumstances, CRETT will not be responsible for loss of any original certificates.

Selection Process

Selection Procedure: The applicants will be screened and selected based on the following evaluation processes.

Stage I: Academic Performance and Certificate verification

Stage II: Written Test-11/2 Hours

Scoring: +1 and -1/2

Applicants evaluated on the basis of the above parameters are shortlisted for the Personal Interview Round .The list of shortlisted candidates will be uploaded on the website within 2-3 days and the date of personal interview will be made available on our website.
